Skyros is a warm and homely villa furnished and equipped to an excellent standard. It located on the sea front in Pernera. It’s excellent beach location provides the option of a short walk into the busy town centre. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are only 100 to 200metres away.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 with a double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
Bathrooms:	Downstairs Toilet Bathroom upstairs with shower.
Kitchen:	Fitted kitchen with Microwave, fridge freezer, four burner electric hob. Electric fan assisted oven and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils.
Living Rooms:	Open plan living and dining room with a 3 piece suite and beech wood coffee table. The entertainment system holds a 22” TV DVD and CD player and a selection of DVD’s and CD’s. The patio doors leading off the dining room provide access to the garden area.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	This property is maintained by a local Protaras based company. A weekly maid service with towel and linen change is included. The owner will also provide the option of a rebooked mid stay clean.

The villa has air conditioning, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath/shower rooms and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Coast/Beach

The beach is 100m away this takes 2 minutes to walk This area of Protaras is known for it’s golden sandy beaches, water sports and boat trips.

Travel

Larnaca (LCA) is the nearest airport which is approximately 45 minutes drive from Protaras.

Distances

The house is well located for the local shops, bars and restaurants all within 100m. The centre of the resort is only 500m away. This area holds over a 1km of shops, bars and restaurants. Paralimni is approximately 3km away.

Protaras is a resort that offers the finest beaches in Cyprus. Shops, bars and restaurants are concentrated in the resort centre and stretch from the Pernera to Fig Tree bay.

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
