Simi No.8 is an apartment furnished and equipped to a high standard and is a superb family holiday base. Simi comprises of only 14 apartments. It is located just outside the town centre. The apartment is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars. The apartment has access to a communal swimming pool with shower rooms and toilet facilities.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	1 bedroom with double bed 2 bedrooms with twin beds
Bathrooms:	Bathroom has 2 showers, wc, wash basin.
Kitchen:	Fitted kitchen with granite worktops fitted oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils.
Living Rooms:	Open plan living and dining area with good quality furniture with TV and DVD player. Patio doors from the living room lead out to the balcony.
Other:	The apartment has full remote control air conditioning.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	The apartment is maintained by a locally based company and weekly maid service with towel and linen change is included. Bed linen plus bath and hand towels are provided.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning, 3 bedrooms and 1 shower room and is a spacious and stylish apartment that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Air conditioning that doubles as heating in the winter months is provided in all rooms.
Simi 8 is a No Smoking apartment.

Outside

There’s plenty of space to sun bathe around the private communal swimming pool and balcony that has sun beds. The excellent beach of Agia Trias is nearby.

Coast/Beach

Located close to the Agia Trias public beach. This apartment is also in easy reach to the area of Protaras known for it's golden sandy beaches has water sports and boat trips available at the Golden Coast Hotel Marina.

Travel

Paralimni is approximately 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. If you require independence then car hire can be arranged at good rates so you can collect your vehicle from the airport on arrival. If you prefer not to drive we can arrange a transfer service to and from the airport at very reasonable prices.

Distances

The nearest main inland town is Paralimni which is 500 meters away. The apartment is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars although the Ayia Napa nightlife is easily reached by taxi.

Further Details

Protaras is a resort that offers the finest beaches in Cyprus. Shops, bars and restaurants are concentrated in the resort centre and stretch from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay.

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
