Pernera Gardens is a apartment with a spacious roof terrace, fully furnished, air conditioned and equipped to a high standard and is a superb family holiday base. It is located in the heart of Pernera and close to the Pernera region of Protaras, Cyprus. The apartment is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars. The apartment has communal swimming pool and the excellent beaches and marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 with twin beds Bedroom 2 with twin beds
Bathrooms:	En-suite shower room, wc, wash basin to Bedroom 1. Main bathroom has bath/shower over, wc, wash basin..
Kitchen:	Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils.
Living Rooms:	Open plan living and dining area with good quality furniture and LCD Flat Panel TV. Patio doors from the dining area lead out to the poolside view patio area. There are 3 and 2 seat sofas.
Other:	The Apartment has full remote control air conditioning. The dining area has a table with 6 dining chairs.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	The Apartment is maintained by a local Pernera based company and weekly maid service with towel and linen change is included. Bed linen plus bath and hand towels are provided.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath/shower room and is a spacious and stylish apartment that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Air conditioning that doubles as heating in the winter months is provided in all rooms.
Pernera Gardens is a No Smoking apartment.

Outside

There’s plenty of space to sun bathe on the beautiful roof terrace or around the apartment’s communal swimming pool that has sun beds, an outdoor shower. area. The excellent beaches and nearby marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach.

Coast/Beach

Located in the centre of Pernera which is close the beautiful sandy Kalmaries beach of Pernera, Cyprus. This area of Pernera is known for it's golden sandy beaches has water sports and boat trips available at the Golden Coast Hotel Marina just a short walk from the villa.

Travel

Pernera is approximately 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. If you require independence then car hire can be arranged at good rates so you can collect your vehicle from the airport on arrival. If you prefer not to drive we can arrange a transfer service to and from the airport at very reasonable prices.

Distances

The nearest main inland town is Paralimni approx. 3 miles away. The villa is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars but in an exclusive tranquil cul-de-sac although the Ayia Napa nightlife is easily reached by taxi.

Further Details

Pernera is a resort that offers the finest beaches in Cyprus. Shops, bars and restaurants are concentrated in the resort centre and stretch from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay.

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
