Paros 1, is a three bedroom, modern Mediterranean style, detached villa is situated on a pleasant, new 2006 built complex with the use of a large private pool.  The sleeping capacity has not been extended beyond accommodation within the 3 bedrooms.

Kitchen:	The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for preparing meals, from a full fridge / freezer, electric hob / oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided.
Living Rooms:	The dining area consists of a table and six chairs. Entering the lounge area, you are presented with 2 large comfortable sofas.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Welcome pack & tourist information upon arrival - Bath towels & Bed linen provided - Air-conditioning / Winter heating included in cost - Baby cot upon request at reasonable rate - High Chair upon request at reasonable rate - Iron & ironing board

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
