Apartment 201 is furnished and equipped to a high standard and is a superb holiday base for families. It is located between Polis and Latchi. The apartment is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and has access to all the amenities of Nicki Resort. There’s plenty of space to sun bathe around either of the communal swimming pools of the Nicki Resort that has sun beds, Tennis Court and a bar restaurant. The nearby excellent beach provides water sports and boat trips.

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
