Villa Nemea is a luxury villa furnished and equipped to the highest of standards and is a superb holiday base for families. It is located just outside the heart of Ayia Napa town centre set in the exclusive hillside if Kokkines. The villa is a short drive to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars. There’s plenty of space to sun bathe around the villa’s private swimming pool that has sun beds, an outdoor shower. The excellent beach provides water sports and boat trips.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Property is cleaned weekly Pool Cleaned Daily during peak periods Linen and Towels changed weekly

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
