Lindos 26 is a villa furnished and equipped to a high standard and is a superb family holiday base. It is located next to Serena Bay which is between the beautiful sandy beach at the Golden Coast Hotel and the beach area of the Crystal Springs Hotel in the Pernera region of Protaras, Cyprus. The villa is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars. The villa has use of a communal swimming pool and the excellent beach and marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 with double bed Bedroom 2 with twin beds One bedroom consists of two single, modern quality beds, including side tables, and dressing table mirrors. The master bedroom consists of a double   modern quality bed, again with side tables, and dressing table mirrors. Both the bedroom windows have shutters and fresh crisp clean linen.
Bathrooms:	The bathroom gives a luxurious feel and the bath is accompanied by an overhead shower and built in shower screens. There is also a downstairs toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen:	The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for preparing meals, from a full fridge / freezer, water cooler, electric hob / oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided.
Living Rooms:	The dining area consists of a modern and good quality dining table with six chairs. Entering the lounge area, you are presented with a 3 and a 2 seater sofa, the 3 seater being a sofa bed, with sprung action mattresses. Satellite TV is provided with 51cm TV and DVD player. A music entertainment system is also provided. The staircase to the first floor is constructed using high quality marble. The kitchen worktops are made from granite to enhance the luxury feel of the villa. As with the bedrooms, the downstairs windows also have shutters.

Notes on accommodation
A short bus ride (20 minute walk) and you will come to the charming town centre of Protaras where you can enjoy the delights of the various restaurants and pubs, not to mention the stunning Fig Tree Bay.
The village of Paralimni is a short bus ride, where you can find the local supermarkets, cafés and boutiques.

Outside

There’s plenty of space to sun bathe around the communal swimming pool that has sun beds. The ground floor verandas to the rear of the villa over look the communal pool area, where you will find a outside dining table and six chairs, 2 sunbeds and a barbecue. The excellent beaches and nearby marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach.

Coast/Beach

Located next to Sirena Bay which is between the beautiful sandy beach at the Golden Coast Hotel and the beach area of the Crystal Springs Hotel in the Pernera region of Protaras, Cyprus. This area of Protaras known for it's golden sandy beaches has water sports and boat trips available at the Golden Coast Hotel Marina just a short walk from the villa.

Travel

Protaras is approximately 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. If you require independence then car hire can be arranged at good rates so you can collect your vehicle from the airport on arrival. If you prefer not to drive we can arrange a transfer service to and from the airport at very reasonable prices.

Distances

The nearest main inland town is Paralimni approx. 3 miles away. The villa is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars but in an exclusive tranquil beach side cul-de-sac although the Ayia Napa nightlife is easily reached by taxi.

Further Details

Protaras is a resort that offers the finest beaches in Cyprus. Shops, bars and restaurants are concentrated in the resort centre and stretch from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay.

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
