Lemon Tree is a villa furnished and equipped to a high standard and is a superb family holiday base. It is located next to Sirena Bay which is between the beautiful sandy beach at the Golden Coast Hotel and the beach area of the Crystal Springs Hotel in the Pernera region of Protaras, Cyprus. The villa is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars. The villa has its own private swimming pool and the excellent beach and marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	All bedrooms are finished in light oak wood with built in generous wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables and mirrors. The master bedroom has a queen- sized bed and leads on to the en suite shower room, and also has access to the balcony. Front twin bedroom also has access to the balcony with bedside table dressing table and mirror. Rear bedroom is similar, and overlooks the pool.
Bathrooms:	En-suite shower room, wc, wash basin to Bedroom 1. Upstairs main bathroom has bath/shower over, wc, wash basin. Downstairs guest wc and wash basin.
Kitchen:	Kitchen has light oak finished units, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven/grill, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, liquidiser, full height fridge/freezer, ironing board and iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils.
Living Rooms:	Downstairs has an open plan lounge / diner / kitchen leading to the pool area. There is also a downstairs toilet and understairs storeroom. The lounge is furnished with an all-leather three seater settee, and three seater bed settee (American frame) in chestnut brown, there is a coffee table and table nest, as well as  TV/video and satellite tv (Dubai satellite) giving you MTV, film channel, English news, CNN, cartoon channel etc, but not UK sport. A CD player and radio. Patio doors from the dining area lead out to the front of the villa. The dining area has a glass-topped table which extends to accommodate eight, chairs in matching chestnut.
Other:	The villa has full remote control air conditioning to all 3 bedrooms and the downstairs living area.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	The Villa is maintained by a local Protaras based company and weekly maid service with towel and linen change is included. Bed linen plus bath and hand towels are provided.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning, 3 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms and is a spacious and stylish villa that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Air conditioning that doubles as heating in the winter months is provided in all rooms.
Lindos 10 is a No Smoking villa.

Outside

Exterior is crazy paved in sandstone for better non-slip qualities. Pool measures 7.m x 3.5m. Depth 2m max, 1m min. External hot/cold shower. There are trees and shrubs planted around the property. A full sized barbeque is provided convenient to the kitchen, with washing up sink, which uses charcoals. Table, poolside chairs and 6 sunbeds are provided. Front upstairs South-facing balcony has glass-topped table and six chairs, ideal for early morning cuppa and breakfast. The excellent beaches and nearby marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach.

Coast/Beach

Located next to Sirena Bay which is between the beautiful sandy beach at the Golden Coast Hotel and the beach area of the Crystal Springs Hotel in the Pernera region of Protaras, Cyprus. This area of Protaras known for it's golden sandy beaches has water sports and boat trips available at the Golden Coast Hotel Marina just a short walk from the villa.

Travel

Protaras is approximately 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. If you require independence then car hire can be arranged at good rates so you can collect your vehicle from the airport on arrival. If you prefer not to drive we can arrange a transfer service to and from the airport at very reasonable prices.

Distances

The nearest main inland town is Paralimni approx. 3 miles away. The villa is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars but in an exclusive tranquil beach side cul-de-sac although the Ayia Napa nightlife is easily reached by taxi.

Further Details

Protaras is a resort that offers the finest beaches in Cyprus. Shops, bars and restaurants are concentrated in the resort centre and stretch from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay.

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
