Limnos No.8 is a luxury villa furnished and equipped to a high standard and is a superb holiday base for families. It is located next to the beautiful sandy beach and Golden Coast Hotel marina in the Pernera region of Protaras, Cyprus. The villa is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars but in an exclusive beach side cul-de-sac. There’s plenty of space to sun bathe around the villa’s large private swimming pool that has sun beds, an outdoor shower and a barbeque area. The excellent beach and marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	All 5 bedrooms have twin beds that can be pushed together and used as doubles if preferred.
Bathrooms:	En-suite shower room, wc, wash basin to Bedroom 1. En-suite shower room, wc, wash basin to Bedroom 2. En-suite shower room, wc, wash basin to Bedroom 3. Upstairs main bathroom has bath/shower over, wc, wash basin.
Kitchen:	Luxury fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils.
Living Rooms:	Large open plan living and dining area with good quality furniture and satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors from the dining area lead out to the poolside patio area.
Other:	The villa has full remote control air conditioning.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	The Villa is maintained by a local Protaras based company and weekly maid service with towel and linen change is included. Bed linen plus bath and hand towels are provided.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning, 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms and is a very spacious and stylish villa that will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The main villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms and there is a separate access to the basement where there is a 5th bedroom and shower room. Air conditioning that doubles as heating in the winter months is provided in all rooms. Limnos No.8 is a No Smoking villa.

Outside

There’s plenty of space to sun bathe around the villa’s large 9m x 4m private swimming pool that has sun beds, an outdoor shower and a barbeque area. The excellent beach and marina provide water sports and boat trips and Pernera is a “blue flag” beach.

Coast/Beach

Located next to the Golden Coast Hotel marina and beautiful sandy beach. This area of Protaras known for it's golden sandy beaches has water sports and boat trips available a short walk from the villa.

Travel

Protaras is approximately 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. If you require independence then car hire can be arranged at good rates so you can collect your vehicle from the airport on arrival. If you prefer not to drive we can arrange a transfer service to and from the airport at very reasonable prices.

Distances

The nearest main inland town is Paralimni approx. 3 miles away. The villa is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars but in an exclusive tranquil beach side cul-de-sac although the Ayia Napa nightlife is easily reached by taxi.

Further details

Protaras is a resort that offers the finest beaches in Cyprus. Shops, bars and restaurants are concentrated in the resort centre and stretch from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay.

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
