Egina 11, is a two bedroom, modern Mediterranean style, semi detached villa is situated on a pleasant, new 2005 built complex with the use of a large communal pool. The sleeping capacity has not been extended beyond accommodation within the 2 bedrooms. However, it is offered either separately or together with its adjoining semi detached house giving the opportunity for 8 people to holiday together while maintaining their own space.

bed Bedroom 2 with twin beds One bedroom consists of two single, modern pine beds, a small pine side table, a pine wood dressing table with mirror and built in floor to ceiling wardrobes. The master bedroom consists of a double pine bed, two matching pine wood side tables, dressing table with mirror and stool and fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes. Both the bedroom windows have shutters and fresh crisp clean linen. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom gives a luxurious feel and the bath is accompanied by an overhead shower. |
| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for preparing meals, from a full fridge / freezer, water cooler, electric hob / oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining area
consists of a polished, beech wood table and four chairs. Entering the lounge area, you are presented with a large comfortable sofa and armchair – caramel in colour and coordinated to match the dining chairs. Satellite TV is provided. |

Notes on accommodation
A short bus ride (20 minute walk) and you will come to the charming
town centre of Protaras where you can enjoy the delights of the
various restaurants and pubs, not to mention the stunning Fig Tree
Bay.
The village of Paralimni is a short bus ride, where you can find the
local supermarkets, cafés and boutiques.
This lovely new property is ideally situated right next to the
communal swimming pool, where you can sit and relax on the verandah.
The swimming pool is safely and conveniently entered by a graduation
of in-built steps direct from ground level to the full depth of the
pool.
A private area to the side of the property is available to park a
vehicle.
This semi detached villa is ideally situated in the lovely
Pernera area of Protaras.
Within a walking distance in two opposing directions, you will
encounter various charming beaches and bays with beautiful white
sands, some with wonderful nature trails where you can see the
amazing different types of flora and fauna.
The newly refurbished, Golden Coast fishing harbour is approximately
20 minutes walk away, offers the delights of local boat trips to see
the ghost town of Famagusta and the breath taking Konnos Bay further
up the coast line towards Ayia Napa. With so many beaches close by
you can enjoy the abundant water sports available from jet skiing to
paragliding, or simply just go fishing.
Just over 40 minutes car ride from Larnaca Airport.
A short bus ride (20 minute walk) and you will come to the charming town centre of Protaras where you can enjoy the delights of the various restaurants and pubs, not to mention the stunning Fig Tree Bay. You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when
you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for
breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car
hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked
and paid for on arrival.
