Dear Chris,

Further to my recent purchase of a house on the Lindos Complex in Protaras, Cyprus, I felt it was only fair to express my opinion of your company and the input you have had into our buying experience.

As you know, we where toying with the idea of purchasing an overseas property for many years. There where a number of factors that stopped us from actually taking the plunge. Finding the right location, dealing with the red tape, assistance with legalities, after sales support and a general feeling that unsavoury characters where trying to help us part with our money for their own benefit.

After our chance meeting last year, we eventually made a commitment to buy a house on the Lindos Complex, Protaras, in July last year. The reason we decided to purchase a house there was first and foremost, the location is first class and our family have had a great experience of the Protaras area on many occasions. However there have been a number of other things that influenced us taking the plunge. Your company Cyprus East Coast made a significant contribution to help us making this life changing decision.

The initial meetings and negotiations with Karma where made easier, we believe, because of your excellent relationship with the developer. We feel your input helped us achieve a deal that we where happy with. I must also add that looking at the Karma properties vs other developers properties prior to deciding, helped us to realise the quality that Karma delivers into its houses as standard. The process of deciding finishes and extras was a pleasant and exciting experience due to the patience of everyone involved at Cyprus East Coast and Karma. The quality aspect of the finishing’s is something that was very high up in our decision criteria, and it is one we believe we have got absolutely right.

Once the deal was done and we signed on the dotted line, we thought it would be the last we would see of you. We where wrong, this is when you really got involved and helped us through the most difficult stages of the process. You have been invaluable in introducing us to a number of solicitors and banks, to ensure that we have achieved the best possible deal. In dealing with the banks you have not only ensured that we have had the correct documentation ready to present to them, but have also acted as an intermediate between us and them. This has been a valuable service as it has saved us a large amount of travel expenses.

The ongoing progress reports have been great and it is exciting to receive regular photographs from you. It is encouraging to see the house going up at a steady pace, without us actually being there all the time.

The house will be finished in a few months time and we are now looking forward to continuing the relationship with Cyprus East Coast through your after sales services. One of the most appealing factors of dealing with you and our company was the assistance in renting out and maintaining the property after it was completed. This is an area where organisations like yours really fall down. To us it has always felt like companies wanted to take your money and run, the opposite has happened with Cyprus East Coast.

As you can tell from the above comments, we are fans, and really do feel that we have someone in Cyprus who is always acting in our best interest. You have been aware at all times what a major decision this was for us and we never felt under any pressure.
