Villa Blue River 24 is a luxury villa furnished and equipped to a high standard and is a superb holiday base for families. It is located just outside the heart of Pernera town centre close to the Anastasia Beach hotel. The villa is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars but in an exclusive beach side location. There’s plenty of space to sun bathe around the villa’s private swimming pool that has sun beds, an outdoor shower and a barbeque area. The excellent beach provides water sports and boat trips.

Booking notes

You will be required to pay £250 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due, plus a £250 security deposit for breakages (refundable), 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you require car hire or transfers to and from the airport this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.
